Rebuilding a transactional Web site in record time with MMCM

Established in 1979, 1er.ca is a consulting firm which offers a complete range of new and used vehicle buying and rental services.

In September 2005, 1er.ca launched a transactional web site to support its business strategy with a technology that reflected its position as leader of Canada's vehicle brokerage services. Created by multiple-media.com, the site is powered by MMCM, the Content Management Solution (CMS) developed by the Montreal firm. It relies on MMCM-Caddy, a module of the MMCM software suite, for its transactional functions.

Over the last 12 months, the site has been very successful: more than 90% of the people who contacted 1er.ca have become members, and their satisfaction rate is very high.

Not only do 1er.ca's employees rely on MMCM for their own updates - adding literally dozens of new pages in both languages over one year - but they also used multiple-media.com's CMS to reengineer the site.  Thanks to MMCM's user-friendliness and flexibility, the whole project was carried out in hardly a few weeks.
