New: Businesses Will Be Able To Assess Their Web Performance Thanks To a Management Tool Launched by multiple-media.com

Montreal Web agency multiple-media.com is proud to offer Quebec companies a new management tool they can download for free and use to measure and assess their Web marketing activities. multiple-media.com developed its Web performance indicator following a series of surveys it has carried out since the fall of 2009 with Quebec business leaders and IT and Marketing managers on how they use Web technologies for marketing purposes.

The series of surveys, called the multiple-media.com Barometer, lead to two major conclusions: First of all, a large majority of Quebec companies have not yet adopted Web technologies for their marketing activities, and very few plan to do so in the next 12 months. Second, only a small minority of companies who use social media actually measure the results they obtain through this marketing activity.

“After analyzing the results of the surveys we did about Facebook, company blogs, Youtube, etc., we believe we can tell why so few Quebec companies use the Web for marketing purposes,” said Renato Cudicio, president of multiple-media.com. “As far as we can see, the main obstacle to the adoption of various Web technologies for marketing purposes is the absence of reliable, user-friendly measuring instruments. Therefore, we’ve decided to do our share and offer Quebec businesses the opportunity to immediately download the beta version of our Web performance indicator.”

Thanks to the multiple-media.com Barometer, which comes under the form of an interactive checklist in Excel format, executives can find out–in hardly a few minutes–where their company stands on the scale of Web marketing activities.
