multiple-media.com enters the New Year with a roar !
The new 5.2 version of MMCM contains many new functionalities created to simplify your Web life.
The multiple-media.com team didn't spend the
holidays twiddling its thumbs, quite the contrary! In fact, it
made the most of the traditional lull in business activities to
leapfrog from MMCM 5.1, which never was even made public, to the
brand-new MMCM 5.2.
Immediately functional and accessible online at no extra
costs for companies who subscribed to MMCM 5.0, MMCM 5.2 contains
many new functionalities. You may have heard of some of them
already, but we are now announcing a number of them for the very
first time.
MMCM 5.2 enhances the creative, management and
editorial HTML boxes processes and by making them easier to
access. All you now have to do is click directly on a form
to access whether the other of a sites boxes.
MMCM 5.2 makes it possible to have File Manager
stay open as a pop-up, for easier use. This new
functionality is extremely useful for file management, making it
possible to drop or open files with a single click, without
having to close the active document.
MMCM 5.2 allows to pre-visualize images before
they are inserted in the HTML editor, which makes it easier to
choose them.
MMCM 5.2 makes it
possible to Load ZIP files into MMCM and
unzips them it directly on the server.
MMCM 5.2
gives access to a whole new series of
modules upon request, allowing users to:
-
generate pages within frame-structured
sites;
-
carry out sorting and research activities
directly in the source data before they are even published on
the site;
-
deploy a new site by the hour;
-
access a default function that supports the
addition of an unlimited number of languages (Spanish, German,
ect) to the two that are presently available;
-
automatically duplicate the homepage for
easier indexing by search engines. A number of
multiple
media.com clients - such as the Montreal Heart
Institute, the Montreal Heart Institute Foundation, the EPIC
Centre Foundation, as well as the Chenelière McGraw-Hill
and LNI sites - already leverage this possibility.
multiple-media.com is working on several other
projects this year, so you will certainly hear from us soon!
