CAA-Quebec launches its new Web site, built by multiple-media.com
A major achivement signed by multiple-media.com.
In a press release titled "More User-friendly
than Ever!" CAA Quebec recently announced the launch of its new
Web site, completely rebuilt by the multiple media.com team,
focusing on best practices in ergonomics. Based on a thorough
analysis of users' needs and profiles,
www.caaquebec.com
- which receives some two million visits a year - harmoniously
integrates Web communication and technologies within a sleek and
intuitive architecture.
"The site's new design and structure are based
on the way people actually look for information on the Web, so
that they can find it in a way that is simple, straightforward
and intuitive," says Sylvie Lefaivre, Director, Marketing
Communications, for CAA-Quebec. "CAA-Quebec is committed to
meeting the needs of a diversified clientele for whom the
Internet is gaining importance in everyday life."
The organization, which is well-known for its
automotive services - and which is now just as active in the
home, insurance and financial services sectors - chose
multiple-media.com after an invitation-based call for tenders to
which several renown firms responded. The Montreal Web agency was
selected for the quality of its achievements and references, and
for the way it is known to manage both budgets and
timelines.
"We are proud to have worked on this Web site,
among other things because the type of project CAA-Quebec
entrusted us with is actually still quite exceptional," explains
Renato Cudicio, president of multiple-media.com. "First, we were
asked to create a truly user-centric design; second, the people
at CAA-Quebec are qualified and competent, and they really wanted
to understand the needs of the members and customers. They
enthusiastically undertook a process that is fairly complex, yet
vital for any organization seeking to put its members and
customers first ".
Every month, hundreds of thousands of people
visit
www.caaquebec.com
to register online, to download an itinerary, to find automotive
tips and tricks voyage, or to locate a variety of informations
such as the price of gasoline. They can also carry out numerous
researches, and shop and book travel reservations.
The multiple-media.com team leveraged its vast
knowledge and experience of eMarketing and utilisability to build
the new CAA-Quebec web site. In close cooperation with
CAA-Quebec, the Web agency re-created and re-designed the site,
organizing it around a more intuitive information and design
architecture.
