• We will use technologies, languages and working methods that guarantee that the end result of our efforts offers maximum flexibility, connectivity, and longevity.
• We will respect major industry standards (e.g.: browser interoperability, usability, etc.).
• We will keep our clients informed of the medium and long term financial and organisational impacts of projects.
• We will clarify all project issues related to the intellectual property of the contents and the source code.
• We will ensure rigorous, proactive, documented project management.
• We will collaborate closely with other project suppliers.
• We will be respectful of Internet users and we will ensure that their personal information is used in an ethical way.
• We will follow professional and commercial Best Practices.
• We will comply with existing laws and rules, in the best interest of our clients and of the audiences targeted by the projects.
• We will comply with the rules of absolute confidentiality that govern transactions, inside information sharing, and other situations that are specifically related to the projects we are entrusted with
• When communicating with a customer or another stakeholder, we will abstain from publicly criticizing a competitor's work.
• We will avoid any conflict of interests in our relations with customers, partners or suppliers.
• We will demand due compensation for our efforts and we will live up to our commitments.
